finPOWER is proud to announce the appointment of Adam Kondisenko as Development Lead, recognising his outstanding contribution and long-standing commitment to the business.
Adam has been an integral part of the finPOWER team for more than 11 years, serving as a Senior Software Developer since 2014. His expertise spans VB.NET, C#, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/jQuery, and XML/JSON. Over this time, he has proven his ability to customise the finPOWER Connect platform to meet the unique needs of lenders across Australia and New Zealand.
From Support to Leadership
Adam’s career began in application support at Dealer Solutions. He later completed his Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology at RMIT University, laying the foundations for his technical career.
Since joining finPOWER, Adam has honed his skills in software development, problem-solving, and business requirements gathering. He has consistently delivered scalable and innovative solutions for customers, helping lenders operate more efficiently while improving the borrower experience.
Driving finPOWER’s Next Chapter
In his new role, Adam will support Head of Development, Matt Norton, in leading the development team and shaping the future of finPOWER Connect. His focus will be on refining coding practices, strengthening quality assurance, and mentoring the team to deliver reliable solutions. These efforts will ensure the platform continues to evolve and remain future-ready.
“Adam has extensive experience across every customer segment and a deep understanding of finPOWER,” said Matt Norton. “He is meticulous when it comes to coding standards, and while we already have strong QA processes, Adam is taking these to the next level. By refining our standards and mentoring the wider team, he’s ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality software for our customers.”
